Clearance to leave India on Visitor's visa

Dear Forum,

My inlaws are planning to visit the US next month. They received a tourist visa for 10 years, multiple entry, they'll be here for about 8 weeks (2 months) total. Do they need any clearance documents from the police or tax authorities in India? They live in Simla, I do not know where to check all this here, they also do not know what is needed since there is no one to guide them/me.

All help is appreciated. They are only coming here on a visitor's visa/tourist visa for 8 weeks, visa has been approved, 10 y, multiple entry. Can my wife and I purchase their airline tickets now or do we need any clearance document obligations to be completed prior to purchasing their tickets.

Persons on foreign travel from India holding return tickets donot need any form of clearance certificate.

As long as a they have a valid visa they can travel without any problem. Just buy the ticket and travel.
