Tourist visa for wife's sibling's family

Hi,
I am trying to get tourist visa to my wife's sister's family. They have 1 daughter aged 11 years. Wanted to know

1) if one I-134 form and invitation letter need to be submitted for their entire family
2) if separate I-134 form and invitation letter need to be submitted for each of their family member
3) Can I use my name as the sponsor instead of my wife's name?

2. You can fill one I-134 form for whole family
3. Your wife's sponsorship will be better because of the it's closer than you. You can show joint income.
