My mothers surname in passport is blank
I have paid HDFC fees and its activated need to take appointment ASAP for visitor visa. My mothers surname in passport is blank. Based on the suggestion mentioned in https://www.immihelp.com/passport-fo...r-immigration/ I have entered her firstname in Q6 on D156 and entered FNU in Q7 on D156.
3 years back when she came to USon visitor visa, At that time she filled NIL for Q6 on D156.
But in the US visa they added my fathers surname.
Can someone suggest what should I enter in surname field, surname is mandatory in online application.
Pl help. I am worried, appreciate any suggestions.
