strong ties

MY MIL is widow and retired, 2 children, son is in U.S and a daughter, married in India. Rest, all the family is in India. She got rejected first time based on the 214B. CO did not even check the papers. They just ask 2-3 question regarding kids, my MIL visit to U.S before and rejected it.
Can anyone pls guide what should be next step for the second interview. What storng ties should we show? We already had property papers , bank balance to show the strong ties. Anyone has any good ideas? we already took an appoiintment for the second interview.

mom needs to take care of your grandparents could be one of the strong ties. She can show some family snaps for this.
