Hi,
My H1 visa and my wife's H4 is getting expired on Aug 30, 2017. My H1 visa extension was applied in July & currently is in progress. My wife is currently working in India. She visited me on H4 visa for a month last year in Oct.
She is planning to visit me on a vacation in Oct, 2017 for 2 months. Since, the timelines for extension is not fixed, I am not sure when my visa extension will get through and hence her extension will get through.
Is it advisable for her to apply for Visitor Visa and visit me on that ? Please suggest.
