Dear my friend,
I am applying usa visitor VISA and I can not retrieve the DS-160 form. There are two errors that Surname does not match and Year of Birth does not match.
I got a new email after sending email to USA embassy. The same situation occured if I click the new link.
Also I found I type the wrong passport NO. How can I change it?
