Hi,

I am currently living in native country on basis of re-entry permit and have to go US in Jan 2018. My mother got refused her B2 visa two times during past 2.5 years. I want to know if this will be a good idea if she apply for Visa again with the base of travelling with me.

She can apply again. But you really need to look into why she got rejected earlier and try to fix that situation.
