Visitors visa rejected at chennai consulate -
My parents visa got rejected in Chennai consulate on April 19th. They had been to US in August 2003 and stayed for 6 months. They left on the day mentioned in I94. We did not try to extend their stay.
The officer asked to give papers from USA
He just looked at one paper very fast, did not ask anything and returned it. He said the visa is rejected as my parents will not go back if they come to US again. My parents were not given enough time to convince about the ties back in India. I am the only one in US. My sister and a brother is in India.
We are trying to book another appointment again. Any suggestions in documentation that could help us next time would be greatly appreciated.
