Hello to everyone. Im sorry if my english is little bit bad I hope you will understand my case.

Im an israeli and I have a b2 visa for 10 years. My father and his whole family live in NYC.

I have 3 step brothers, grandperents, cousins, uncels they whole there of course they are citizens.

the problem is he wanted me to visit him I never actually wanted to but I didnt had a choice cause the only way is flying to him.

I went to the embassy and they gave me visa without any problem. im 24 years old today after army.

In the trip I met a girl and I fall in love with her later in a diffrent state (russia) we both were in a trip.

I did another trip to nyc and I proposed her and our family today very close and planning the wedding there only the party of course.

she came to visit me in israel and she dont wanna leave usa and I found out its very very very hard for her to do in israel papers

and her mother dont want her to live in israel she think its to risky here and she migth go to the army for 2 years and she to weak for that...

I really love her we in a strong connection but the problem is how I will be a normal person in usa?

I afraid that they will kick me out from the us I know it can happen and im so afraid cause my future is with her

I will come here really soon and I cant conviced her anymore to live with me in israel she wants me there.

How im becmonig leagel in the us ? Im so afraid that I will do somthing unlegal and I will never be with her cause of that

I never wanted to be an immigrant and to be a stranger and of course us govorment hate immigrants I know i need to do

an inerview but they also can say to me that they kicking me out Im very afraid from that . Im a jewish russian, i was in the israeli army

and i afraid that it also will be a problem. I dont want them to think that im coming for better life or somthing cause i dont have money problems

I have an home and money here in israel but i dont have a choise im very nervous. What I should do? im very very nervous.

I have an relative in nyc he is an officer I saw his friends I dont want any troubles with them Im imagine the worst scenrio...

If you try to enter the US on a visitor visa and they suspect you might do Adjustment of Status while there, they will deny you entry.
