Country ranking and employment

This is a 2 part question. I am asking here because I am sure a lot of people have experience with trying to obtain a visa, at lest for than me.
In order please rank countries with single women with no children in their 20s most likely to be accepted for a tourist visa to least likely.

Part 2 of this question is, if I own a business can I invite a single woman to work as a translator. Or is something like that too obvious.

Both Japan and South Korea have bilateral Visa Waiver agreements with the United States that reflects their perceived historically low rates of visa violations

I would say without reservation that applicants from those two countries have the best odds of applicants of any of the countries on your list, given equal opportunity-differentials

That said, it is very hard to objectively gauge the opportunities visa applicants enjoy in their home country, and assess what they have to gain or lose by violating the terms of a US visa granted to them. At some level, it comes down to the judgement of individual consular officers who will rely on a combination of gut instinct, knowledge of local cultural/political/economic factors, and reliance of stereotypes
