Hello everyone,
My B2 visa interview is scheduled today and i was rejected under 214b section. I have all necessary documents to show that i have strong ties to india. But my consular didn't even looked at any documents.
My husband was travelling to US for business meetings(B1 visa). He is going to travel on 16th of this month for a period of 7 weeks. I want to accompany him and spend some quality time with him.
I have 2.4 years of work experience with MNC company. Last year i have resigned from the company and right now i'm taking a break.
so i want to use this space to travel with him.
I'm currently pursing MBA in distance. We didn't mentioned that in my application form because i haven't finished my course yet. so we thought it wasn't necessary to include that in the form.
But i still have one last semester to complete the course. And my last semester exams will be conducted in the month of november.
Can i reapply again with this little modification in my application?
Will it work for my situation?
Your reply will be very helpful.
Thanks,
Jaya
