hai all,

what date should we put on the cover written by my parents to the counslate requesting them to grant visa? should they put the date of their interview or the date on which the letter is been written? And do they need to put their signatures on the letter along with their names

And also on DS-156 its given that each applicant should staple or paste their photograph.....which is the right way to stick the photo , staple or paste with glue? And also do they need to sign on the back of the photograph?

U can glue the photos. No need to sign.
