Sponsor Change Question

Hi,
My in-laws(Wife's Parents) have visa appointment in this month.
Here I have question, my brother-in-law has sponsered during their previous visa appointment last year(sep '05) and it has been rejected saying 214B. Now I am sponsoring for them, here my question is, during their visa appointment in this month if the counseling officer asks my in-laws your son sponsered last time and why your son-in-law sponsoring now? What could be the probable answer they can give?

I don' think they will ask these qns and I doubt whether they will keep track of these things..
