Visitor visa while H1B on transfer

Hi,



I am going to sponsor my parent's US trip. But I am going to transfer my H1B by next week and my new company hasn't filed my H1B till now.
Can I still sponsor their trip during this time? Will it affect their visa?
My parents will be attending interview next week.


Please do let me know if this will be a problem in approving their visitor visa?

Yes. You can. You must have sent documents from your current employer. Your new employer can wait for a week then file H1 transfer.
