B2 Visa Interview Appointment Scheduling

Hello, My mother and mother-in law had their visa interview for tourist visa (B2) together but it has been rejected under 214B section. I want to reapply but want to take separate appointment for both of them. How can I book separate appointment now? When I create new account only for my mother-in law, it is not taking the passport details and says the passport details have been already registered for different account. This account is same one which I had used earlier to book appointment together.
