B2 Visa: Mother's surname missing in my passport

Hi All,

I am new to the forum.
I am on h4 and my husband is sponsoring for my mothers US trip on B2.
My mother's surname is missing and also her first name has an extra letter in my passport. Please let me know if this is going to be issue to get her visa approved. She has visa interview scheduled this thursday, early replies are appreciated.

NOTE: We have filled all the required forms as per details on her passport.
