urgent Tourist Visa Question
My girlfriend is looking to come here to visit me here in the US coming months
on her tourist visa. we have been together for three years plus now.
I've travel twice to her country in the past year to visit her and her
family. The thing is she's afraid and don't know what to tell
the homeland security if ask about her stay. Last time she came in April she stayed
for two weeks and told them she was staying with her boyfriend (me)
Though we have booked a round trip ticket for two weeks she might stay
two month or three but she afraid of losing her visit if she stay more
than the two weeks she booked. Also she's not sure what to tell the
officers when ask about her stay. Her mom is also traveling with her
but will be returning at the end of the two week but she was planning
on staying longer. on a tourist visa can she stay pass her two weeks
which she booked and how long can she stay without causing problem
that will inflict her Visa?
