Docs required for Pension

Please let me know what docs we need to present in the support of Pension for visitor visa interview. My father is retired.

I don't think u need any special docs to prove pension. U can mention all income/properties in the affidavit.

Can anybody also double confirm it. Does it mean, my father can simply tell CO that he is getting X amount of pension. Do they ask any bank stmt or other proof.

Well your father needs to show the passbook of the bank account into which his pension is being deposited. Also he should have a letter from the pension issuing company stating how much pension he is drawing (this would have been provided at the time of retirement). These are the only proofs any pensioner would possibly have.
