My parents visa rejected

my parents visa was rejected on may 1st on reason that their both children are in US( my brother also resides in US). If they are going second time for visa do the officer know why the visa was rejected 1st time?

Hi bano,

Sorry for that.On may 1st i am seeing there are no approvals at all.Is there any trend going on Chennai Consulate??This month these many approvals only like that.Dont know.
