We are parents of Bano. I had the interview on 1st may 06. the intended visit was to witness my son" s graduation ceremony and to see places tourist imporance in us. i have considerable amount of fixed assets as well as liquid assets. the vos contention is that my both the childern will not come back and i too will will not return to home country and my ties are insufficient. the interview timing was 11 O clock but was called at 1300 hrs IST. My son is in F1 and daughter is on dependent visa. is there any definite criteria as to the amount of assets that is to be shown. another point is that since all the facts which we have reported in D 156 will remain the same and recorded in the computert, how we should present the case for the second time.
