Canadian Permanent REsident - Requires help regarding his situation !!!!

hello all members,

I am laying out my whole situation and please analyze it and if anyone could direct me to possible solution, it would be great.

I am Indian citizen right now, who is also a Canadian permanent resident. i will be Canadian citizen soon. my sister who is a US citizen had filed green card for me under F4 category which is approved and i am waiting for my priority number to be current which will take a while. my question is Can i visit US during the time being to visit my sister or brother or as a tourist?
Other thing is after i become Canadian citizen - Can i apply for TN visa even though i have a immigration petition that is pending?

I have a house here in Canada along with my family here. we are regular tax filers here.....

if you guys need any other information to reach any conclusions, i can provide it. HELP is what i need??

TN visas are not dual-intent like H or L visas are, so you would need to overcome the presumption of immigrant intent to obtain one, just as you would in order to obtain a B visa. The pending immigrant alien petition does not on it's own impute immigrant intent, but that will change when your priority date becomes current. You have a decent chance of getting a B-2 visa, due to your strong ties to your home abroad.
