B1 Rejected in Nov04
My applcation was rejected in Nov 04 in New Delhi , and my organization wants me travel ,and i reside in Bangalore.
People from south are required to go Chennai.
The queston is should i go to NewDelhi or Chennai for the interview. As initially i was rejected in New Delhi .
And immihelp states that i need to go to the same consulate,
Has anyone gone through the same experience , please clarify .
