Hi Friends,
Need help and guidance. I have B1 Visa and I have visited USA on my official tour for 3 weeks at Orlando. I have multiple 10 years visa. Now I am planning to go with my family i.e. my daughter and my wife for 2-3 weeks for tourism. I applied for my daughter and wife for B2. As my daughter was less than 14 years old I have to drop passport in drop box and her visa was approved. I applied for my wife within 2 days and she got interviewed last week. But unfortunately her appln. got rejected. She was asked only 3-4 questions. The plan was tentatively planned to visit my office at Orlando within a month and I want my daughter and my wife to accompany with me.
I was sponsoring the trip.
My wife was asked below questions by VO:
1) VO : Good Morning
W: GM
2) Why you want to go?
W: My husband want to have official visit so want to accompany with him and once his work is over, we will travel Orlando.
3) Where do your husband works?
W: xxxxxxxx
4) When did your husband last visited to US?
W: in March
5) For how many days he stayed there?
W: 2 weeks (Actually I stayed for 3 weeks)
6) VO: We can't give you visa (and handed over 214(B))
Please help me what should I do next i.e.
1) When should I apply?
2) Can I plan to go to USA in next year MAY 2018?
3) I have my brother in USA (Greencard holder). Should I ask him for sponsorship for my wife's B2 visa?
4) If my wife apply for B2 (sponsored by my brother) do she need to show that her husband is also accompany him? As my wife and my daughter will plan for 4 weeks I cannot join them for all the days but for atleast 2 weeks.
5) What all precautions should I take while filing new visa appln of my wife?
As my wife's visa was not approved I cancelled my visit to USA in October 2017.
