Visitor Visa for in-laws

I am filing DS 160 for my in-laws, there is a questioin " Do you have any immediate relatives, not including parents in the U.S.? " Should i mention my wife ( their daughter) name there ? if yes what
is the status i am supposed to give her? Is it other/i dont know? please help.

yes, whatever status she has at the moment.
