Visitor Visa Rejected

Hi

Not a good news. My parents visitor visa got rejected. I scheduled the interview in Tamil.

CO got the visitor and sponsor document. CO kept out the sponsor document. Looked into my parents passport.

CO:Asked my mom how many children do you have?
mom:Two, one in India and the younger in USA.

CO:How much money does your son send you everymonth?
mom: she said 3000Rs, Tell me dollars. she cant answer at that point.
And she even told that my elder son takes care of it.
(In reality I dont send for their living expenditure)

CO: How much you earn yearly?
dad: 40000Rs yearly. (he earns more than that)

We showed property worth of 30 lakhs to dad and 10 lakhs to mom.

Both got rejected. with 214b

What went wrong? How should I train them next time. Can I schedule the next interview now? or I have to wait for certain months.

When your mom answered 3000 Rs a month you are sending, CO thinks that your mom is depending for living expenditure on you. So that shows no strong financial tie in India. We should never say that you are sending money monthly. We can say occassionally for festivals or marriages etc.

Yes. They should not tell that you are sending money for their expenditure.

And also, ask your dad to tell the exact amount he is getting every year, not the lower amount.
