I will apply for a Tourist Visa

Hi Everyone! I want to apply for a US Tourist Visa from here in the Philippines. Let me tell you my background:

1. I am 20 years old and working for more than 2 years as a home-based customer service representative. I have 4 dependents here in the Philippines.
2. I am also studying (homeschooling).
3. I have a sponsor for my travel which is my girlfriend living and working in the US as a doctor. By the time of my visa application, I think we have met 3 times. (2 months interval)
4. I have traveled abroad once.
5. The purpose of my travel is to visit and tour with my girlfriend.
6. I have a cousin in the US and I think we will also meet but I will stay with my girlfriend.

Can you please let me know the chance of my approval if I will apply?

Your chances of approval are low, but why bother even asking? Everyone's chances of tourist visa approval is low. Your chances fall to zero if you don't apply, so you must apply if you want any chance at all. What information can we provide you that will be helpful?
