Hi,
I have a multiple entry B1/B2 visa for the US, Valid until 2022
I have spent this year travelling and spent just under 3 months travelling in America. My 6 month period was from June 3rd - December 2nd.
I am going back to the UK in December but want to visit my friend in Portland on my way home, for 1 week. However I would be arriving on December 1st, which is the day before my current 6 month travel period expires.
Is this going to be a problem? Will they likely refuse me entry even if I have my outbound flight booked to the UK? Does anyone know what the process is; will they give me another 6 month period or will they issue me a ESTA?
Thanks
Alan
