    About 6 Months visa duration!!

    Hi

    If the visa approved on May 3rd if it is 6 months visa,then it will be valid upto Nov 3rd??Anyway in port of entry how many months they r giving that is only considerable rite??

    Yes. You are correct. You mom can stay in US depending on her POE approval.

      Length of visa is not always the length of your stay in US. It is determined at POE.
