Should i applied for a B2 Visa extension while Adjustment of Status is pending?
My I-485 is processing.
My I-94 expires on November 2nd. Do i need to fill for an extension? I enter as a B2 visitor. My husband (US citizen) and i got married on May 9th. Then we filled for AOS on September.
I already went to my biometrics appointment, one week after that, we got this notification were we need more documents that support my husband income. (we're about to sent the documents) But we are wondering if i need to filled the i-539 form for extension?
