    Is it too soon?

    Hello -

    My mom's first interview was on March 7, 2006. She was denied visa by the 'burkha' lady since I am the only male child. Is it Okay if she appears for an interview again in May/June 2006? Is that considered too soon? Do you know of any cases where the applicant has appeared within 2 or 3 months of the first rejection and got his/her visitors visa? This is so frustrating. Please help folks.

    My Mom's visa got rejected on FEB 4th 06 and she appeared again on April 20th 06 and got visa. So it all depends on the time and CO.

      Did you use the same I-134 that you used on Feb 4th, on April 20th? Good to know that it worked out for you the second time.
