Validity of I-134

Friends,

For my mom's interview in March, 2006, I had prepared I-134 in Jan, 2006. Her visa got rejected. If she appears for the second interview in May/June 2006, should I get a new I-134 or the old one is sufficient? I don't see a date of expiry on I-134.

Eventhough there is no expiry date, its better to have one not more than 60 days old.
