  • second entry on b1b2 status

Hello, i am an indian citizen working in malaysia as project manager already visited US on b1b2 status and stayed there nearly 6 months on b2 status and back to malaysia, so my concern is planning to back again but this time just for 3 weeks after 7 months, so is it possible to enter again without facing any problems or need to back after 10 months or a year, anyone like to help me through this and update. Thanks

There is no specific rule how long you have to be in your home country before reentering in US. The simple rule is that you can't spend more time in US than your home country. You are coming for 3 weeks only so there should not be any problem.
This is not a legal advice. Use at your own risk.

Everyone faces problems when entering on B-2, that's the rub of any visa that requires overcoming the presumption of immigrant intent

In your case, you may have to explain how you spent 6 months in the United States, and how that stay comported to the rules pertaining to B visas
