  • How to convince visa office when you hardly have required details

    Hi All,

I am sponsoring my Mother in law for visit visa. Father in law passed away recently and they had only daughter who is in US with husband. There are aren't any properties/financial documents available. She is home maker.
In such a case, how does she convince visa officer that she have strong ties with India.

    Please advise.

    Thanks,

The only thing there is plenty of, is proof that she does not have strong ties to her home country, India. She is a textbook immigration risk and her chances of being approved for a visa are very very very slim. All she can do is apply.

This is my opinion and not legal advice. Use of this information is strictly at your own risk.
