Departure in 181st day(Instead 180 days)

Hi Friends,

Can anyone help me on the below.

I booked a tickets for my in-laws in round trip. I noticed(after seeing I-94) that I booked their return tickets exactly in 181st day(Initially I thought that 6 months and i booked a return ticket in 5 months 24 days eventually this is coming 181 days). Based on I-94 they should stay till Dec-21 but I booked a return ticket on Dec-22(Very next day).
Will this impact anything in now/future?

I would suggest to change the ticket or you can apply for their I-94 extension and then they can leave on scheduled day.

Othewise they will overstay in US for one day.

safest to change the ticket 2 days prior to expiry. Safest option.
