Hello,
I have been in the US in January 2017 on J1 visa, i did not use the grace period and came the day my visa ended. I have a stabe job (this is my 10th year) I plan to visit another city in the US as tourist.
Will I be granted easily?
2nd question,
My wife never came to the US, she has a permanent job (but started less than 1 year, the same field as mine). What are your suggetion?, is it likely she will get a visa if I got, or is it suspecious to intervierws if they see a couple traveling together?
