  • My Visitor Visa was rejected , I'm reapplying...

So , i am 16 yr. And i applied for US Visitor visa from Albania, Europe. I had every Document i need and i wanted to go to the US to visit my relatives(uncles) for Winter vacations. I went to the Embassy, and my visa was rejected.
    The officer asked these questions
1 : Where are you going?
    In New York
    2 : Do you work ?
No im a High School student.
3: Have you ever been abroad?
    Yes , Canada, Turkey, Germany
    4 : Are you're parents in the US ?
    No they arent.
5 : What do your parents work ?
    ( i answered it )

He said " at the moment you don't qualify for a visa"
I took the letter he gave me and i read and it said there that i hadn't given evidence of Strong ties with my Country ( so i turn back)
The thing he didn't ask any question related to me coming back and not staying in US.
I now Reapplied ( Refilled the Ds-160 , made the fee payment) and i scheduled a new appointment. This time Should i tell him first the reasons to prove that i will not stay in the US, such as The Document that proves that i Study in that certain high school , My family is here , My house is here, All my relatives are here.
What are the chances that i will get rejected again ??? Thank you for the answers !

It's difficult to get visa for young person. Please find some useful information at,

You don't need to provide any documents voluntary. Only answer to the questions being asked. Visa officers are very experienced and they know their job very well.

You can always reapply and try your luck.
This is not a legal advice. Use at your own risk.
