Father's afiidavit

Hello,
I am looking for a sample format of Father's affidavit for a retired applicant. I know they have a sample on this website, but it says as working. I would appreciate if anyone has formatted a similar one for retired people. My father is retired and I am in the process of preparing the docs..

Change the available sample to fit your needs. Anyway, you are not supposed to be copying it word by word, otherwise they will not accept it as all the consulates in India by now have the copies of the sample documents that are there on this web site.
