some doubts in DS 160

I have retired six years back. I was working in TataPower
so what should be the answer to this question

Yes No

is Tatapower profesional organisation.

I have been to US 18 years back in H1.
I had social security number then. I had driving license
I dont remember have driving license now nor do i remember tax indendification number

how should i fill
This time applyng for B2 visa as visitor
