My parents Visa got rejected .when and how can i reapply?

Hi ,
My parents visa got rejected. They were not asked much questions nor the officer did not look at the documents.
I am thinking of re applying. my question is when should i reapply? and how?

Do i need to book appointment in VFS site again? or my parents can go to interview again after 3 three business days by using rejection letter?

I am not sure about the procedure.

Please guide me what should i do to reapply?

Do not apply within 3 days. Anyways you need to go and get appointment and I am sure there are no appointments available for the next 4-5 months.. You should always wait for atleast 6 months for the next interview.
