Fund Sponsor Query

Hey,

So I had applied for a B2 visa but it got rejected . Im thinking it had to do with insufficient funds ( I had mentioned self funded trip with around 1.8lk in the account), plus the fact that my parents work in the middle east dint help. So now I am re applying this time with my father funding the trip.

I would like to know whether I would need any specific document from my fahter. Right now what I have is his bank statement for the last 6 months. Do I need him to fill the I-134 form ?

Form I-134 is for financial sponsors who are US citizens, non-citizen US nationals, US lawful permanent residents, and non-immigrants lawfully admitted to the United States. It is not for financial sponsors who lacks those specific ties to the United States
