NB: Water damaged visa

I am enquiring about water damage that has occurred to my visa. I have entered the US with this visa and my passport is still perfect. I have also recently received a Canadian visa which is without damage. The picture is slightly blurry but all of the information is perfectly intact as well as the barcode.

What would be the procedure regarding the way forward?

While leaving US if immigration officer raise some question then You have to get new visa and pay the visa fee again. The interview will be much simpler.
