Hi

i am going to apply for my fiance as K-1 , i need to know if i need to have Lawyer or i can apply it my self, i have married 3 times and i do have all the divorce decree, But this is the first time i m applying as fiance visa other ones they were in US and they had tourist visa . i am self employee and i need to know if i need to provide 3 years or 1 year tax return and also how much do i need to have as income for family of two ( i and my fiance). if anyone knows how long usually takes to get the approval.

Really? This is your fourth time petitioning for different wives? Is that allowed or is it fraud? You may want to get a lawyer and I think she needs one too.

You may be able to handle this application without an attorney, but your request for a waiver to overcome the 3rd-time I-129F petition must be solidly crafted. Any waiver request you put together will be reviewed with a great deal of cynicism by USCIS staff, and you will most likely be asked to provide very compelling evidence for why the earlier I-129F relationships did not work out.

thanks for replying , But i never applied under I-129 this will be my first time, so i dont think i should need waiver or explanation of why other marriage which was 12 years ago did not work ? am i right?
