US Visitor Visa for Parents

Hi All,

I am planning to take Visitor visa for my parents and need a help on this.

Currently, both myself and my sister are staying in US (Non-immigrants -H1 and H4) and we are the only children for my parents.
My parents does not have any income but holding a Property lands in INDIA.

I will be sponsoring to their whole trip in US and I am going provide all required proofs for that.

My questions is - Having no Source of Income in India and No children in INDIA will reduce the chance of approving the Visa.


Kindly help me on this.

In this situation it will be difficult to convince visa officer and prove their ties back to home country but it's not impossible. Be honest and let visa officer decide. it is case by case basis.
