Hi

My sister in Law (Husband's sister)is getting married in US coming month December 17, we have decided not to attend the wedding because of my pending H1B application status , today my I129 got denied,

I work for Dallas based company, but i work from India, my employer has applied for my H1,
My mother in law is attending wedding, since that my Visa is rejected, can we apply for B2? can we get visa interview since the time is very less, please suggest
Does Visa offices allow such short notices to attend any events?

Please suggest best possible ways to attend my sister in law wedding

You can apply for visitor visa. Don't lie on the application about your H1 visa rejection. You can schedule the interview as long as date is available.
