My sister is getting married on Dec 17th 2017 in NJ, since my wife H1b Visa is under process we have decided not to attend wedding , but her visa is denied yesterday
we wanted to see if there is anyways we can attend the wedding
But it Is very short time and do not know if things can be sorted out quickly
Few important points:
• I have not been employed since last March 2017, because of personal reasons(Grandfather health issues and my mother was visiting my sister in US, and I am taking care of our kid)
• My wife is working and she has valid payslips, Form 16, sufficient funds in her account, but my account does not have sufficient funds or payslips from last 8 months
• If we file DS 160 and if we don’t have Visa Dates prior to Wedding what can be the other alternatives
• since we might have paid for Visa appointment prior to checking dates we won’t get our money back and also it won’t suffice the purpose of visa if we don’t find the proper dates for visa appointment and our journey
• Please give us some suggestions
