Add an applicant to an existing appointment

Hello,
Can you add an applicant to an existing appointment or atleast right after selecting a date for an existing applicant? I have been struggling with these appointment dates for a while now and I am frustrated a bit I should say..Please advise..

Once you select appointment date, its not possible to add another applicant.
