Need help on family appointment

Hi All,

I am trying to schedule a family appointment , after entering details for one applicant ,when I tried to add another applicant by clicking Add a new applicant . it’s coming up with the Message “dates not available”. What I need to do now?
Is there any way, I can schedule an appointment on the same day for my mom and dad?

Is this a specific language appointment? If so, you'd have to wait until dates are again open for that language and add an applicant. For English appointments since they are open now you can add applicants to an existing application. I know it sounds stupid..but Its just the way it is - VFS system sucks so far..so keep trying and hope you get what you want..

PS: Yes, you can schedule one appointment for both your parents.

yes, I am trying to make appointment in Tamil . Actually for one applicant i got the dates in aug , but now i couldn't get dates for the other.
How it works?. Example if i see an availability in sep , whether its will allow me schedule the appointment for the other applicant?
If so both will get appointment on aug or sep?

well, lets say when you start out your app you see Aug dates, you finish one app and try add another, then if that date you see is taken by someone else and no other dates are available, then you cannot add another applicant. But if there are dates in September now, you can add a new applicant but after finishing both applications, you'l be able to book for whatever dates show up, if no dates, then you just have to save your app and come back to see for new dates.
