b2 rejected 214b

hello there, i m italian guy with italian passport and i m canadian permanent resident. i m trying to get my b2 but it always get rejected.i think because i made some mistakes when i was in italy with the first interviews , and i didn't know how it work. so last april i received my PR card from service canada and i would like to visit my uncle in Us for a week, but the lady at the interview told me that i don't have enough tie yet, like no family. i think the problem is my relatives there as well. but my question is this do i have any chance to get approved in future? for example if i would visit them for christmas. I work in canada, i have a lease in canada i pay a rent in canada ,but i am single. So should i apply and i am going to get refused again ? otherwise i have to wait for my canadian passport.

Why did you apply for a B-2 visa in the first place instead of using ESTA?

i know, but i would stay more than 3 months when i 've applied . so from now on i need visa. i know i made a mistake in past.
