I-134 query regarding dependents

I am on H1B and planning to apply for visitor's visa for my parents (I will be sponsoring).
My wife is also on H1B and my son is a dependent on her petition, not mine.
While filling dependent details in I134, do I need to specify details of my wife and kid as partially dependent even though my wife is not on H4 and actually has a full time job?
Do I need to specify my wife's income as well?

Could you please tell me what the process is for I-134? Does this need to be submitted to USCIS for prior approval or do you just take it (along with required documents) to the visa interview?

Thanks for you help. My spouse is working so I will probably check "partially dependent". What about my son? He is on H4 linked to my wife's H1 not mine. Should I check "partially dependent" for him as well?
