Change in DS-156 form

Hi,

Can anyone please tell me that Can I change Q:2 for the DS-156 which 'Place of Issuance'. I wrote 'Chattisgarh' instead of 'Chandigarh' in that column. I know the system will not allow me to change this.

What should I do?
